Wilson's Warbler in Broward (Oakland Park)

There was a Wilson's Warbler today at Royal Palm Park in Oakland Park, FL (1701 NW 38th St, Oakland Park, FL 33309). It was there for at least an hour and was still present when I left around 12:30. I took photos and posted an eBird report. As stated in the eBird report, the bird was in a black olive tree that is just south of the bridge on the foot path that crosses the lake. This black olive tree is on the west side of the path and extends out over the lake.

Yesterday there was a Wilson Warbler Male along Gov Road. It was the first farm road entrance after the Indian Station
Royal Palm Park, Wilson still present as of Oct 3. Was present in the SE edge in the bushes with Redstarts, Black Throated Blues
Steven, could you provide a specific location where you photographed a Rufous Hummingbird yesterday at Plantation Preserve? I'd like to add that info to my rare bird update.

Without a tail shot I had to classify the Bird as Rufous/Allens (immature or female) on the first report. At plantation preserve the bird claimed the firebush area where the golf carts cross the trail (1/2 way point).
Went back two days later (Oct 5) the bird was back and present most of the day protecting the spot from several Ruby-throats. I did get the perfect spread tail shot but don't know what to look for.. Today Oct 6 in the late morning the spot might have been taken by a Ruby-throated Hummingbird.
Believe I saw the Rufous this afternoon and the Ruby-throated fighting over this territory. They would chase and dive bomb each other multiple times. Same location where Steve had reported the past sightings. Another birder Scott got some really good shots of the tail.
This Morning Oct 8 the hummer was back as was a Ruby-throated. People obtained more tail shots
