Just saw a single white-crowned pigeon in back yard. Clearly identified using 8x42 HD bins. Sibley Birds East indicates it is rare.
Are these becoming more common in Northern Palm Beach County?

White-crowned Pigeon is still considered rare anywhere in Palm Beach County, though eBird reports have increased in recent years. It’s hard to say whether individuals reported north of Miami-Dade are simply wanderers or if the beginnings of a range expansion is taking place.
