Variegated Flycatcher - how many Fla records?

I'm wondering why folks keep posting that the Evergreen Cemetery Variegated Flycatcher is only the second record for Florida? Unless I'm mistaken there have been three records that are seemingly well documented. The first was seen and photographed in the Dry Tortugas on 15 Mar 1991 by R. C. Bradbury according to Stevenson & Anderson's The Birdlife of Florida (1994). The second was the one at Guana Preserve near St. Augustine seen and photographed by Diane Reed on 5 June 2013, So the recent Broward record should be the third. Was one of the earlier records not accepted or invalidated?

The Dry Tortugas bird was eventually shown to be the ABA Area's first Piratic Flycatcher record, after the photos were re-evaluated.

Piratic Flycatcher is only an ABA 4, while Variegated is a 5. Have there been that many more Piratic Flycatcher records in the ABA area than Variegated? Where were these from in addition to the Dry Tortugas?

Toe, There have been several sightings in Texas and New Mexico (and one in Florida).

OK, then it's on my wish list too!

Piratic Flycatcher has even shown up in Kansas! I would think this bird would be of particular interest to Toe, given the connotation to the high seas: Piratic.
