December arrives tomorrow and for birders, December means Christmas Bird Counts. Click on the link below to access the TAS Christmas Bird Count page, which includes a schedule of CBCs in the Miami area and who to contact if you'd like to participate. I'm the compiler for both the Miami (on Dec 19) and Coot Bay (on Jan 2) CBCs and could use assistance for both counts. If you live within a CBC circle and have birds coming to your backyard, you can participate right from home! Contact me or any of the CBC compilers for more information or to sign up for a count.
