Thanks Greg! Any idea about the Tropical Mockingbird? I didn't realize it was special until later on when I tried to put it into Merlin Bird ID. I'm relatively new to the whole birding thing and still have a lot to learn.
Well, there was a Tropical Mockingbird at the beach in Lake Worth last June so it could be that one that has made its way to Loxahatchee. They are obviously not native here and I think the assumption is that it's an escaped caged bird, not a natural vagrant. Still cool to see, though.
