Tropical Kingbird at Chapel Trail

Sheesh! I chased this large flycatcher with a bright yellow breast along the boardwalk at Chapel Trail Nature Preserve, after it flew in from the pasture just to the west. Lost it in the oak trees along the first southbound stretch of the boardwalk. Kept looking for it and finally gave up. Then thought I saw movement in the top of one of the oaks when I was about 50 yards away. Took a photo of the spot and then two more. Saw that it was just a mockingbird, so I moved on. Only after getting ready to weed out my "bad" photo did I see the gray head, face mask and bright yellow breast.

The light breast indicates it is not a Tropical Kingbird, which has a blended olive-yellow. It's probably a Western

Oops, John. I thought the upper breast was a good match. Will take the report off eBird and RBA.

I just found another outtake which was so badly back-lit that I did not see the color until I turned the brightness all the way up and used Canon HDR setting. The pattern is definitely that of a WESTERN Kingbird. Sorry but thanks for the help!
