There are several male birds there that are similar ( I spoke with the person who releases the birds), Red-crested Pochard, Red Headed Duck and several mystery birds that people have reported as Common Pochard. They are Red-Crested x Common Pochard hybrids which look like Red-crested Pochard x Redhead hybrid. Steven
