I'm looking to go over to STA 5 this weekend in hopes of seeing the Smooth-billed Ani. I see it is open Friday-Monday; is this site for organized trips only or am I able to go on my own during weekend?

STA-5 access information can be found at http://www.hendrygladesaudubon.org/?page_id=110. A driving tour is scheduled tomorrow (3/18); if space is still available, you can register via the link above. The ani has been seen around the STA-5 parking area, so if that's your only target, participation in a driving tour may not be required.
