Savanah Sparrow?

I wish I knew how to add a photo here so we could be sure. I was bike-birding along the south dyke west of Markham Park and found it in the reeds.

The most common Sparrows out there now would be Savannah (streaked chest) or Swamp (clear chest). There are also female Red-winged blackbirds that can be mistaken for sparrows.
