Yesterday, Julie Torkomian saw and photographed a rare peach colored Cattle Egret at Wakodahatchee Wetlands in Delray Beach, FL---She got gorgeous photos of this stunning bird....

I'll try to post a few more.... I've been busy with family and haven't had a lot of time since I saw it yesterday. It was so exciting to see this lovely bird. I'm a fairly new birder and didn't know what it was, and while I thought it looked sort of like a cattle egret, I was not familiar with the coloring at all .... I called Jeanette and she looked up the info for me while I was out. (The birders I have met through TAS are the kindest souls ever!).
