Thanks for your work on these, but I couldn't find the Ebird listing for the thick-billed vireo.
Find it using eBird's rare bird alert feature on their "Explore Data" page (type "Palm Beach"), or use the "County Rare Birds" website. A link is on our Birding Resources page.

Oddly, when I went to "explore data" and searched for Frenchman's Forest, there is no thick-billed vireo listed on Chuck's list for the 18th.
The bird was seen on the 17th.
