possible white faced ibis-PBC

On the east side of the northbound turnpike directly across from the lake Worth service plaza. Quite different facially than the scattered glossies in the area. I am familiar with white faced ibis out of state, and saw one at lox in 1988. Also familiar with the white on the faces of some glossies.
