I've been travelling, and am trying to catch up on some of the good birds that have been reported recently. The Pacific Golden Plover is still in the sod fields south of CR 880. I left it there around 8:30 this morning. Kudos to whoever found and correctly identified this bird! I also stopped at the Sem-Chi Rice plant on the way back and found one immature/female Yellow-headed Blackbird feeding on a grain pile behind the silos.
