I saw one green Painted Bunting at Okeeheelee Nature Center today (5-20-15). Isn't it late for them to still be here?

A little, but not unheard of. They usually leave by early May. I once had a greenie on July 6 at my feeders. Question is, what that a late spring bird or early fall?
I'm in South Miami and I've still got an adult male coming to a window feeder. It looks kind of worn and weary, but it's been hanging around for at least two weeks, now.
