A female Northern Harrier was moving north along the Oceanside of Elliot Key today. Elliot has a steady stream of raptors all Fall and is a great place to watch Merlins and Peregrines fly in from the Bahamas in the Spring but we were surprised to see a Harrier so early in. July.
