Mute Swan in PBC

I've noticed multiple reports for a Mute Swan in Palm Beach county. However, the locations are primarily gated neighborhoods. I'd like to see one next time I'm in the area. Any suggestions on how to gain access? Thanks!

I went and saw the Mute Swan for myself about 2 weeks ago at Rainbow Lakes apartments on Gateway Blvd - it wasn't gated. It's easily observable across the lake from the parking lot next to the pool.
