Just recently saw a pair of scaly breasted Munias at my backyard feeder. I've never ever seen these birds in my area and personally I've never seen them in my life! Beautiful birds! Has anyone seen them in the Kendall ,Fl. area???? couldn't get a pic, just looked through my binoculars.

Scaly-breasted Munias have been present in southern Miami-Dade for at least the last two decades. They often visit backyard feeders.
