Macaws and Swallows

Yesterday I had 2 Chestnut-fronted Macaws flying north over 826 and Bird Rd exit at about 7 PM.
I also saw a pair of Rough-winged Swallows in Doral yesterday. I have seen RW Swallows in Doral for the past few years in summer. Do they nest here?
