LOWA in Zoo Miami

The bird allowed for great looks I was able to focus in on all distinct characteristics and dimiss it as a N.Waterthrush hopefully it will stick around for the CBC; zoo over all was birdy here are some of the other species that I observed:
Bald Eagle (looked like a 2nd year bird)
Sharpshinned Hawk
Painted Bunting
Indigo Bunting
House Wren
Eastern Pheobe
B.T. Blue Warbler
Palm Warbler
Common Yellowthroat
Belted Kingfisher
Gray Catbird
A.Kestrel
R.S. Hawk
Orange Cheeked Waxbills

Hey Jaron unfortunately I do not own a camera and so was unable to photographs the birds yesterday, as unfortunate is the fact that I dont own a pair of binoculars either and so all the birding I do is indeed of caged birds however I am still doing preety good for myself just today I added three lifers to my list which were Waldrapp Ibis, Double Wattled Cassowary and Kagu.... Going to try for Harpy Eagle and Edward's Pheasant tomorrow... wish me luck

Nice list of. birds. Cool to see that the Orange-cheeked Waxbills are still around. It has been a few years since they were first found.
