Looking for confirmation on TEWA

Looking for confirmation on Tennessee Warbler seen in Palm Beach County yesterday around 9am. Seen high up in tree. I am thinking first Fall. Pale yellow greenish color, Dark eye line, white undertail coverts + short tail, and then no other major marks (no streaks etc).

Looks good for a Tennessee, they have a very pointy beak and are very yellow in the fall.
