Loggerhead Kingbird

The Loggerhead Kingbird was well-seen by about 30 birders today (12-30), around noon. It was sitting quietly deep in the vegetation on the east side of the Nature Trail about 1/8 mile in from the lighthouse end. It was photographed by many though the brambles. Just prior to this, it was actively flycatching for a brief period.
