Thank you for this article, Brian. I have been to Cuba and seen caged birds on every street corner. The shocker for me today was seeing several caged birds hanging from trees on my drive-through AD Barnes park.
I can't believe this really happens and it was horrifying.
I wanted to buy the birds and release them.
