I noticed a couple of reports from Saturday of a Fork-tailed Flycatcher on a fence at HARB. There was no mention whether or not the location could be seen from a publicly accessible spot. Since there aren't any newer reports, I'm thinking the bird isn't around anymore, and/or the spot is restricted access. Any help with this matter would be much appreciated, thanks.

Bird was found from inside the base, and seen briefly from outside the base on 107 Ave. Last sighting was around 1:00 pm on the day it was found. I and others arrived at 4:00 pm and the bird was not there, and hasn't been seen since. It's spring.
