Is at Highland Oaks Park in North Miami Beach/Aventura. Went straight there from the gym and saw the bird at 9:45 am without binoculars. Follow the paved path all the way to the back and veer west when it forks at the end. Bird was flying into a tree and displaying. Beware the traffic on Ives Dairy Road ( NE 203rd Street).

At 5:30 pm it was seen flying with a flock of blackbirds, high in the sky in the northwest corner of the park.
