Evergreen - Variegated Flycatcher

The Variegated Flycatcher is still at Evergreen, but is not always at the Magic Ficus. It was roaming about and will eventually come back to the tree

Hi Steve,
I spent 4 hrs watching that bird on 28-29 Oct. Yours seems to be the last post. At the time I saw the bird, it was taking some berries from Virginia Creeper on the fig, but the fruit supply seemed nearly gone. I thought at the time that fruits could limit the species' stay at the fig. Would you please elaborate on your observations; you seem to imply that the bird was seen elsewhere in the cemetery or in the neighborhood -- was it exploring some of the large oaks?
