Escaped Harris Hawk?

At Fairchild this morning we went on a bird walk with Greg Humerman, and he said the hawk we saw was an escaped Harris's hawk. We took a clear photo of it flying if anybody is interested in identifying whether it was a Harris's.

Your bird is a Short-tailed Hawk

Hi Marta,

Trey is correct. Also, in your photo album, the duck is a Blue-winged Teal (note the black bill), the hawk is a Red-shouldered (note the hint of rusty on the shoulder), and the warbler is a Northern Parula (note the yellow back).
