Given this species rarity in the US, I assume this March 3 report for Harry Harris County Park is incorrect? I see no followup reports...

The description of the bird and the inclusion of a fledgling strongly suggests that the birds were misidentified. I've invalidated this sighting. If I'm presented with evidence that these birds were correctly identified, I'll reevaluate the invalidation.
