Eared Grebe at West Lake

Mike Vasi did great detective work and corrected a misidentified grebe photographed on West Lake yesterday (1/28) afternoon. It is an Eared Grebe instead of a Horned Grebe, a very rare bird in Miami-Dade County. Perhaps the last Eared Grebe in Miami-Dade was February, 2000.
