Bird Board

Eagle ID

I know this is out of our area, but I was in northwest Arizona and took this picture of two soaring birds in Canyon de Chelly and don't know what they are. I immediately assumed bald eagle, but I have other images and all have a clear black tail and a kind of "fluffy" white head. I also took pictures of golden eagles in the same vicinity.
Please help

Those look like two ravens carrying some trash.

They're Common Ravens. They must both be carrying some type of white object in their bills that obscures their heads.

I kept looking at the wedge tail on the upper bird, and thinking raven, but the white head didn't compute. Nice job guys.
