Does dwarfism exist in birds?

Saw a weird/cute thing this morning - a male Northern Parula which appeared normal in every respect except that it was about half the size (possibly even less than half - think small hummingbird) of another male Parula nearby. It got me wondering, are there documented cases of dwarfism in songbirds?
