Connecticut Warblers (and Gray Foxes) at Richardson Park

There was one and possibly two Connecticut Warblers at Richardson Park in Wilton Manors this morning. Also, a female gray fox with four kits was there. She has a den below the boardwalk and the kits don't seem to be wary of people.

I was wondering if the fox family would have influenced the Connecticut from wanting to stay in that area
