Cape Florida: Brown-crested Flycatcher continues

On Tuesday (3/21) Miriam, Liz and I relocated the Brown-crested Flycatcher in the lighthouse compound. It's not very vocal but is easier to spot, now that some of the Great Crested Flycatchers have moved out. Walk past the lighthouse keeper's cottage to the Bahama Dinghy display. From there, go northwest ~50 yards in a wooded area with little undergrowth. It usually perches fairly high up in the Green Buttonwood trees.

The female Western Spindalis was a no-show on Tuesday.
