This video is from September 18th. Is this the same noddy that was reported on the 22nd? Bird appears at 4:44 in the video

WOW! If you're asking about the Noddy that was on Miami Beach around 33rd St. that was not it. I can't tell where that video was filmed, but it is certainly not mid-Miami Beach. Incidentally, I was there today and did not see the bird.
