Broward Great Blue white morph, exotic/hybrid waterfowl

Location; Broward - Estates of Ft Lauderdale Clubhouse located near Southwest 53rd Court and 28th Terrace in Dania Beach. Either the lake or the Golf course.
Great Blue Heron white morph is still around (3 months).
Budgerigar is with a flock on Monk Parakeets.
Waterfowl, pair together slightly larger than an Egyptian Goose. Never seen birds like this, exotic release or a hybrid? Checked online and I cannot find it any suggestions.
