Blackpoint Marina open?

Does anyone know if Blackpoint Marina is open? I was hoping to head down for the 9336 shorebirds and hope to stop by to see if the Mangrove Cuckoo made it through the storm.

As of yesterday they were checking who came in. I think since they don't have power they want to limit visitors. The gate to the parking area was closed.
As of today, 9/16, the parking area where the mangrove cuckoos are found is still closed, as is the walkway to the jetty. The rest of the marina is open.
