Bird sighting West Hollywood, FL

Today I saw a bird flying around my neighborhood with orange wingtips, (approximately 2-3" of orange) it was about the size of a ring neck dove. (I actually thought to myself, looks like someone dipped a doves wings in orange paint) I tried to photo it but couldn't manage to. Anyone else see it? It came out of the South heading North. Area of Sheridan St and University Dr.

I have hundreds of common ground doves. The closest description I could find was a red winged starling. That was what it looked like. NOT a red winged blackbird either.
