Hi, can you someone identify this bird? It stowed away with on a friend's ship and they won't be able to head back to shore for a couple of days. They are trying to give it water and food but we are unsure what it eats and an ID would help this little guy out.

looks like myrtle warbler..find some insects
Thats a female Cape May Warbler. Migrating warblers often land on ships when they are tired.
Yes, Cape May. Water, and if you don't have insect some fruit will do. Once it recovers its strength it will continue on its way.
