Bird Call Government Road Broward

We are trying to ID a bird call.
Location: Broward County Government Road, in some tress next to the Miccosukee Ranch buildings.
Trees had Red-Shouldered Hawks and American Crows vocalizing.
Same intensity and loudness. Is it a possible Crow vocalization that I never heard before?

It's an American Crow. I've heard that vocalization by crows in the Everglades.
