Forgive me if I've missed info or failed to keep up, but I've not seen recent sighting info on Ebird about the local Banaquit. As a out-of-sate birder, who'll be viisiting the region next week, any update of the Bananaquit would be appreciated. Thanks.

The Bananaquit hasn't been reported since February 13. This is according to the South Florida Rare Bird Update, an obscure website that apparently no one ever reads.
...except for a small, twisted fringe....
Hmm...I always thought all of us birders were a small, twisted fringe.
I read it every hour, but you know how twisted I am.
It's my home page...
There you have it, the complete roll call of the the small and twisted fringe.
There are several others standing in the back with their hands raised, they just haven't been called on yet.
Some of us sleep with this weekly report under our pillows.
Weekly? During much of the year, it's updated every day. During particularly active days, I may update it hourly!
No need to update it during migration, since everybody knows Migration Sucks!
There's a small twisted outer fringe as well.
