Bahama Mockingbird-- North Key Largo

I found a Bahama Mockingbird earlier today in the Gulfstream Shores neighborhood in north Key Largo. The bird was very vocal and stuck to a fruiting fig at the east end of N Ocean Drive.

Found bird singing opposite 30 N. Ocean Drive at 9:30 this morning (Tues). Seemed nervous and when harrassed by a Common Grackle retreated from a high perch into lower vegetation.
We had stopped at 6:30 a.m. and not found bird at that time.
It was a life bird for us. Hurray!
The mockingbird continues as of 4:30pm on 5/8/18 along N Ocean Drive across from house 30.
