Spectacular. That Blackburnian is awesome. I can only imagine how much work it takes to catch them on video like this. Usually we can't get them to sit still long enough for a photo!

I was just in the Blue Ridge Mountains, near Asheville, visiting my son, Nick, and marveled at the melodious songs of Blackburnian and Cerulean Warblers! Life is good...........

Wonderful video Steve! I know what you mean about the lush forest. This past May I got to bird the Kings Mountain area (North-South Carolina border) and quite a bit of the birding was done by ear! Lots of Wood Thrush and Summer Tanagers were a dime a dozen. Wonderful place.
