248 St Shorebirds

There are several fields south of 248 St and west of 107 Ave that are loaded with shorebirds. I went by there late and was pressed for time, but was able to find 16 species. Highlights included an American Golden-Plover, several White-rumped Sandpipers, and 3 Avocets. These fields need more attention since there are many birds and I didn't have time to go through them all. I may go back in the morning.

Toe can you confirm if this pin would be over the field you're referring to? I'd love to get a look at those plovers and avocets among other birds you mentioned.

I didn't see this earlier, but that is the field. I was there for a couple hours this morning and returned around noon. On the second round the water had already dried up quite a bit.
I didn't get a chance to head southeast today unfortunately but did go down the Aerojet road mostly to check that rocket out for the first time. Also passed by Larry's plover field which dried up already. Seems like everything will be dry by tomorrow :-( it's been a crazy week of agricultural field birding!
